For speech therapy, physical therapy, sleep or lactation services you may schedule an appointment by clicking our Book Service Button and selecting your preferred appointment day/time. If you don’t see your preferred day/time feel free to contact us as we are always willing to try to accomodate!

If you have questions or are interested in booking occupational therapy, dietician services, autism/developmental evaluations, or child/adult therapy feel free to each out via email hello@yourvillagestl.com or give us a call/text at 636-233-8754.

Once we receive your request we will approve it or reach out with some more questions. Once approved you will receive an invitation to join our portal to complete our intake paperwork. Please complete this paperwork in a timely manner so we may check your insurance benefits before your visit!

Our confidential patient portal can be used to communicate with your child’s provider; make, change, or cancel appointments; and pay your bill. We require a credit card on file at the time of booking.

For insurance purposes, you can add your prescription from your physician one of three ways: add it under documents in our portal, bring it with you to your evaluation, or have your referring physician fax it to us. An order is not always required!
